BFA Management has been in the business of property management since 1989, during this time we have grown and strongly developed in all aspects of property management, from residential to commercial and from modern new developments to properties within "the Old Town Centre"

Our company now manages a portfolio of 61 buildings. Having invested heavily in our staff and computer systems, we are undoubtedly able to offer our clients with an efficient and professional package to fulfil our comprehensive Management duties.

Management Services

At BFA Management we offer a wide range of services to the Management companies of the individual estates.
These may include the following:

  • Invoicing/Processing/Banking of all Service Charges
  • Receipt/Payments of all expenditure invoices relevant to the upkeep of the Estates.
  • Acting as a direct contact point for all tenants regarding any breakdowns, emergencies or queries for the individual estates
  • Daily visits to the Estates by our Estate Managers, who will also be liasing with contractors on site.
  • Obtaining quotes for any pending works.
  • Preparation of Financial Reports and yearly Budgets for the Management Companies.
  • Preparation of audit and liasing with Auditors.
  • Liasing with lawyers regarding any legal matters.
  • Liasing with developers on new properties.
  • Constant communication with owners on any changes or updates via email or post.
  • Chasing of arrears.
  • Processing of individual’s data regarding sales and lease changes.

Services provided will depend on whether our contract is for full management or for accounts/admin management only.

We also offer a wide range of services to our Rental Management clients. These may include:

  • Collection of rents on behalf of landlords (and service charges where applicable).
  • Payment of expenditure invoices on the property on behalf of the landlord (where applicable).
  • Monthly/quarterly statements of income/expenditure to landlords.
  • Banking of rent received.
  • Keeping records of inventory of individual properties
  • Replacing items of inventory where necessary.
  • Contact point for tenants regarding any repairs needed.
  • Processing of individual’s data regarding sales and lease changes.
