BFA Valuers
has a staff complement of 5 employees, comprised of 3 Chartered Surveyors assisted by support staff. This department is spearheaded by Brian Francis FRICS, Managing Director and Fellow Member of the RICS and is ably assisted by Mark Francis BSc (Hons) MRICS who has over 10 years experience within the property profession both in Gibraltar and in the luxury property market in Spain. Paul Stagnetto BSc (Hons) MRICS, who recently undertook his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the “Commercial Property Practice” pathway, has also achieved the status of Professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.



Brian Francis FRICS
Brian Francis FRICS - MANAGING DIRECTOR of the BFA Group obtained his Degree in Building Surveying at North London Polytechnic in 1972. He was then awarded the Chartered Member status of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1974. He pursued a Civil Service career until 1986 when he resigned as Director of Crown Lands of the Government of Gibraltar in 1986 to set up his own private practice. He then founded Brian Francis and Associates Limited and Land Property Management Limited and as a result was awarded the status of Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors FRICS.
   

Mark Francis MRICS
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Mark Francis BSc (Hons) MRICS - DIRECTOR and Head of the Valuation Department. He obtained a 1st class Honours Degree in Urban Estate Management in 1995, when he was awarded the RICS Central London Prize. He worked with a development company in London where he gained experience in development and general valuation work until 2001 when he returned to Gibraltar to join his father's firm. He obtained his Chartered status in 2003 and has more than 15 years experience in valuation and other property consultancy services.
   

Paul Stagnetto
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Paul Stagnetto BSc (Hons) MRICS – Chartered Surveyor graduated from Kingston University London in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in “Real Estate Management” and joined the firm shortly after his graduation. He then completed a 2 year Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in “Commercial Property Practice” under the RICS graduate training scheme supervised by his Supervisor (Mark Francis) and Counsellor (Brian Francis). Having successfully completed the APC scheme, he was awarded the status of Professional Member of the RICS (MRICS) by the Chairman of Europe.
